Not use our services for illegal or unethical activities

Comply with local laws and industry regulations related to marketing communications

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in your agreement or invoice.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, AI agents, and marketing assets created by Vocali AI remain our property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials without permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive business, marketing, and customer data confidential unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vocali AI is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses from use or non-use of services

Third-party platform changes or issues (e.g., Meta, Google, CRMs)

Client-side misuse of AI agents or miscommunication with customers

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for noncompliance with these Terms, illegal use, or abuse of our services. You may terminate at any time per your agreement’s cancellation terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Quebec Canada
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to receive SMS communications from us related to appointments, services, promotions, and account updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
